As a pioneer of the Okanagan farm-to-table movement, he is a respected member of the community and his popular restaurants RauDZ Regional Table and micro bar • bites have served locals and tourists alike for years. The Okanagan Table: The Art of Everyday Home Cooking will be in stores fall 2017.
